KSH Virtual Assistance Services is a marketing and administrative virtual assistance service. We are not a clinic, hospital or healthcare provider. We connect you with licensed medical and mental health professionals who consult online, and take care of everything around the consultation.
All consultations and clinical documents are issued solely under the licensed professional's own authority and responsibility.
Partner with KSH for a steady flow of potential clients with no upfront marketing costs. We handle marketing, inquiries and scheduling in exchange for an agreed percentage of your consultation fee.

Booking policy
We send the full policy before you pay. If you don't agree, you can ask for a full refund before your appointment is confirmed.
Your slot is confirmed once payment is checked and you agree to the policy.
If you ask to move it: GP ₱100, Specialist ₱400, Psychiatrist ₱1,000, Psychologist ₱700. Free if the doctor moves it.
4+ hours before: 50% refund. Less than 4 hours, or a no-show: non-refundable.
Doctor over 1 hour late? Cancel for a full refund. Over 15 minutes late yourself? The doctor may shorten or move the consult.
Approved refunds are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

No. KSH Virtual Assistance Services is not a clinic, hospital or healthcare provider. We handle your inquiry, booking and coordination, and refer you to a licensed professional who consults with you online by chat, voice or video. There is no walk-in clinic or home service, including home lab tests. If your professional gives you a lab or imaging request, you can have it done at any laboratory or hospital you choose.
Your licensed professional. All consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, certificates, clearances, lab and imaging requests and psychological reports are issued solely under their authority and responsibility. They also issue the official receipt or sales invoice for your consultation, as applicable.
Chat consultation is available with all the physicians we work with. Video is subject to the physician's availability. Psychological assessments can be done by video call or chat, at different rates.
Every certificate or clearance (fit to work, study or travel, PWD application, and others) goes through a proper assessment first. The doctor decides whether it can be issued right away or whether more steps are needed. If you pass, the certificate is usually ready 30 minutes to 2 hours after.
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can diagnose and prescribe medication. A psychologist provides assessment, testing and talk therapy such as counseling and CBT, but does not prescribe. Not sure? Message us and our staff will help you choose.

Through GCash, Maya, LANDBANK or GoTyme Bank. After you complete your booking details, we send the account details, the exact amount and a reference code in Messenger. Then send us a screenshot of your proof of payment.
Your privacy
We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Before collecting booking details, our Messenger assistant asks for your agreement.

Your consultation form goes to the professional handling your consult and our staff. We never sell your data or use it for ads.

Kept only as long as needed
If you don't book, your details are deleted automatically after 90 days with no activity.
Delete anytime
Send "Delete my data" to our Page in Messenger, and we'll delete your information within 30 days.
